I'm looking for a collaborator/co-creator for the Cultural Butterfly Project

I’ve been publishing the Cultural Butterfly Project since January 2019, blogging to help inspire, encourage, and inform people about the fact that, in the face of much contrary evidence, we actually are “Weaving a world of well-being for all in a life-aligned culture of right relationships with a future worth living into.”

New examples of this come across my screen on a regular basis. A year ago, in Sept. 2024, I published an e-book, Hiding In Plain Sight: Evidence of Our Life-Aligned, Regenerative Culture Emerging in which I gathered and organized all the examples I had at that time.

The description says:

While our old world is crumbling, our new world is emerging and developing. This book contains more than 200 specific examples with weblinks of actual on-the-ground, life-aligned, regenerative projects, programs, movements, and initiatives that have been and are occurring increasingly. They show the socio-economic cultural transformation and paradigm shift taking place “below the radar” of mainstream news.

There are six sections:

• The Context & Introduction, followed by the examples in these categories:

• New ways of relating to the Earth, ecology, climate, food, and agriculture;

• New ways of relating to economics, working, and doing & being in business;

• New ways of relating to ourselves, other people and other beings;

• New ways of living/lifestyles and relating to our ”stuff” (clothing, houses, buildings, etc.).

• The final section is "What Now? What's Next?"

Of course, it was outdated as soon as it was published. Since then, I’ve continued to collect and curate more compelling  examples of the paradigm shifts we’re experiencing. It has felt increasingly important, even urgent, to publish an update of this, and I have felt  continued resistance to doing that. Today I realized the resistance is a message that it’s not my work to do this time. Instead, it’s time for me to release my pattern of “having to do it all myself, all by myself.”

So I’m inviting and calling in someone who would be interested in collaborating with me to co-create the next iteration of publishing these examples.

This might, or might not, be in the form of another e-book. It will mean organizing the new examples into a coherent order--not necessarily the same one I used last time—then co-creating what the best format(s) would be for publishing, and getting it out into the world. This is very exciting, in my heart and mind!
