I've walked this territory many times over the years. I'm a trusted guide in the creative unknown where new life lives.

Since you "can't see the picture when you're inside the frame," I'm skilled at helping you step outside your usual frame and get a different picture.

And also, since you "can't steal second base with your foot still on first," I help you "gather yourself together" so you can navigate and integrate changes with more authentic power.

I initially reached out to Elaine to gain a new perspective on my finance career. What started as the question of "What can I do about my job?" became an exploration and manifestation of "What can I joyfully create with my life?" Welcome to an informal, creative conversation to explore your questions, conundrums, disillusionments, and other experiences with work and our socio-economic culture!
We’ll discover, uncover, and unpack some common illusions, delusions, and other enchantments about work, jobs, careers, & life.
​
Some examples of hidden beliefs and paradigms that often create confusion, dilemmas, stuckness, or “tangles” for people are:

You have to work hard and hustle in order to succeed

Your job and/or career is your work
-
A career is something necessary that you should aspire to
We’ll also be sharing any insights or things that have worked for you to make sense of your work and life as you’re navigating this territory.
My intention is that these are safe, respectful, heartful conversations about what’s alive and real for people.
If you’re curious, open to other perspectives, and ready to explore, please join us!

This is a FREE, one-hour Zoom call, with a possibility of further follow-ups in some form if there is interest.
Two available times, both on Friday March 15th (same format both times):

12:30-1:30 pm PST, or

5:30-6:30 pm PST
If you’d like to attend and neither of these times work for you, let me know at elaine@culturalbutterflyproject.com and we'll see about creating an option that does work.
Limited to a small group of 6-8 people so we have enough “space” for real sharing.
This is not a presentation and will not be recorded. It’s a dynamic, co-created conversation that only occurs in real time with whomever is present.
